The Feast of Pentecost / Празник Педесетнице

The action of the Holy Spirit in the Eucharist is what makes the Eucharist truly the Eucharist and the Church truly the Church.

In his sermon, our priest Dusko Markovic emphasized that we must not forget that the Church is not just a well-organized group of people, but the Body of Christ, guided by the Holy Spirit.

After the Divine Liturgy, the gathering continued in the church hall and school. The children had their final classes for this school year.

During the break after class, pizza was served, and the children continued spending time together on our church property until the afternoon hours.

The Feast of Pentecost was celebrated in our parish in the following way.

Дејство Духа Светога у Евхаристији је оно што чини Евхаристију Евхаристијом и Цркву Црквом.

У беседи наш свештеник Душко Марковић је нагласио, да не заборавимо да Црква није само добро организована група људи, већ Тело Христово, које руководи Дух Свети.

Након Свете Литургије сабрање смо наставили у црквеној сали и школи. Деца су имала последње часове наставе у овој школској години.

У паузи после часова, за децу је послужена пица, па су дружење на имању наставили до поподневних часова.
